Bully: Scholarship Edition Gets A Possible Release Date On Wii And Xbox 360

Bully360.jpg

The folks at Take Two are extending Jimmy Hopkin's semester at Bullworth Academy with Bully: Scholarship Edition heading to the Wii and the Xbox 360. GameStop has revealed two pre-order slots for the respective games, slated for release on March 3rd, although the official Bully site has not confirmed the actual date.

No additional content or features have been confirmed for the title, such as motion controls for the Wii or better textures for the Xbox 360 version. One would assume Rockstar would take advantage of the strengths of both systems for each release.

The title Scholarship Edition makes me believe there will be extra content for the games. Consider the PS2 version was released in October last year, so there has been sufficient time to develop a few more missions or side quests for Jimmy to pummel his way through.

I for one am excited to see Bully get a second chance on current gen consoles. The original release came out at a time where many had already moved on to newer consoles. Bully: Scholarship Edition gives those gamers a chance to play the game that stirred up so much controversy over a little innocent boy on boy smooching. Oh and an engaging story, solid gameplay, with a slick sense of humor.

Bully looks to have a firm release date [Go Nintendo]

Loved this game...if only I could have made out with the guys in high school as easily and as often. I'd love a sequel, but that doesn't look likely...

It actually came out two years ago on the Ps2 :) I didn't care for it then though...

This is one of the titles that I felt like I missed out on after I sold my PS2. I'm really glad to see it coming to the Xbox 360 so I can finally play through it. This is one of those "must buy" titles for me.

I can hear the boys stocking up on Lip Smacker now!

PS - If there is an achievement for kissing a guy, Rockstar wins. Period.

Interesting; I liked this game quite a bit on the PS2. Kind of like a mix of Harry Potter and Grand Theft Auto, with the social interaction system of Fable. If only there were more than one boy you could kiss (the blond boy, unless I'm missing something)...
