Internal 360 HD-DVD Denied: Now With More Sass Mouth!

It's been rumored ad nauseam that Microsoft is developing a Xbox 360 with an integrated HD-DVD player. When once again pressured about information on this, a Microsoft spokesman responded with a more of the same "no comment" business.
We have reiterated multiple times since launching the Xbox 360 HD-DVD Player that we have no plans to integrate an HD-DVD player in to the Xbox 360,We feel that offering the drive externally is the best way to give consumers the ultimate choice to create their own high-definition experiences.
Now there is some sass! "If I told you once, I've told you a thousand times..." I don't know about anyone else, but I feel like a bit of the annoying toddler in the backseat during a long car trip now.

I think releasing an HD-DVD enabled 360 would be sort of... dumb at this point wouldn't it? It can't be used for games and the Warner announcement has most likely just made the format irrelevant. I think they were smart to make it external until this format war played it self out.
"Don't make me stop this Xbox 360 and turn around, mister."
While I'm probably the only one in the castle without a 360, the latest Blu-Ray news from Warner made me think the integrated HD DVD was a pipe dream. So I went ahead and finally ordered my very own 360. See you boys online soon.
