No 360 MGS4 For You!
Okay, fine. Whatever. Like I care. I don't even like Metal Gear Solid anyway. Stealth sections give me stress headaches, so a whole game based around that style of gameplay is anathema to me.
So anyway, after the interwebs had another burst of activity rumormongering about Metal Gear Solid 4 making the jump from PlayStation 3 exclusive over to the Xbox 360, Konami has come out and declared that it's not gonna happen. A spokesperson insists: "For the record, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots is a PlayStation 3 exclusive and there are no plans to develop an Xbox 360 version of the game."
Right. So that's that? Well, I personally plan to continue speculating. I mean, right now there may be no plans, but what about when the game is released and Konami realizes that the installed user base of PS3s isn't going to be enough to make them back all the money they've shoveled into development? Plus, the whole "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots is a PlayStation 3 exclusive" wording is a little suspect. All they have to do is slap on a different subtitle, remix a few things, and bingo — we're all playing Metal Gear Solid: Snake's Revenge or something.

Sooner or later the game will be ported to other consoles, remember Twin Snakes? But... Wootini where is the love for the PS3?? I think that it's going to sell a lot once this game comes out. Only the game will sell a lot, imagine a bundle PS3 with a reduced price tag...
Haha...it's funny, unless it's intentional, but the Second US NES Metal Gears' name was, in fact, Snake's Revenge =D *high fives*

it was a 360 rumour, so big fanfare here on Gay360er.
Now confirmed the rumour was bogus so it's become "Whatever", "Don't Like" ...riiiiiiiiiiight.
Not very professional to start the news by mentioning how much you dislike the series.
AGAIN, if you want to play the game you are just going to have to play it on PS3.

As somebody who has written for a site, I just realized how low GayGamer's standards are for either proofing or otherwise... It's okay when the post is fun and fancy-free but this was just pointless, if you can't have fun with it, you have to at least be professional about it.

it's not like it's some ridiculous bullshit for the writers to be professional and informed when they're enjoying all of the perks of being professional journalists.
