Professor Layton Has Some Tiny Text

The stylish adventure puzzle title Professor Layton and the Curious Village has finally received an English translation and is being released stateside. We at the Castle have been following this game for quite some time, savoring the Japanese screenshots and gorgeous hand drawn animation. I was taken by this title quickly for the art style which reminded me of the Triplets of Belleville if it were directed by Hayao Miyazaki.
Here are some of the first English screenshots of the game, which features some really small text. The puzzles are pretty complex, I tried a few in Japanese and failed miserably, so a majority of the instructions will appear as shown above. This text issue is a small gripe, but at least the game is getting a release in the States on February 11th.

Wikipedia: "Les Triplettes de Belleville is an award-winning 2003 animated feature film written and directed by Sylvain Chomet. It was released as The Triplets of Belleville in North America, and as Belleville Rendez-vous in the UK."
I didn't mean to insinuate that Triplets of Belleville was directed by Miyazaki. I know his work, which is a bit more gentle than Chomet's film. I meant to state, "If Triplets of Belleville were directed by Miyazaki, it would look like Professor Layton." Sorry for the confusion. I need to work on my conditional statements. ;P
Toots, thank you. I've wondered for a while now what Prof. Layton reminded me of. You nailed it with Triplets of Belleville.
