Sunday's Best: Circuit City's $8.96 Blowout

For those of our readers who are always on the look out for a chance to save some gaming dollars, Sunday morning is a day when we wake up early and grab the Sunday paper (or the nearest mouse) and check out the Sunday ads. I'm too lazy to put pants on and open the door to get the paper, so I take the easy route and head right to Cheap Ass Gamer to see what retail goodness awaits me.
The big sale this week is Circuit City's video game clearance sale where select titles from every platform will be priced at $8.96. The selection varies by location, so enjoy your treasure hunting! Here are a few highlights of what you can expect:
PS3: Icon, NBA Street Homecourt, College Hoops 2007
PS2: Godhand, Lumines Plus, Onimusha Dawn of Dreams
PSP: Parappa the Rapper, Street Fighter 3 Alpha, Guity Gear Judgment
360: Condemned, Quake 4, Project Sylpheed, Meet The Robinsons,
Xbox: Jade Empire LE, Grand Theft Auto Double Pack
Wii: Avatar: The Last Airbender
GC: Hulk Ultimate Destruction
DS: Elite Beat Agents, Mario & Luigi Partners in Time, Children of Mana, Phoenix Wright 1
GBA: Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy V, Wario Twisted
Truth be told, there are over 40 titles available at $8.96 and yet another 30 to be had for just a bit more at$16.96. This is quite a deal, so I advise you get out and see what you can find. If you find a gem, let us know. If you find two, then send one to me. If you prefer to be a little more focused on your shopping spree, head over to Cheap Ass Gamer to read through the full game clearance list. Good luck!

I work for Circuit Shitty and I think I will pick some of these games up.
They had nothing but crap in both of the Circuit Citys I went to. You were pretty much out of luck unless you wanted out of date sports games or Bionicle.
