THQ Run Stuntman and Juiced Off The Road

If you're a fan of run of the mill racing then you might be slightly disappointed to hear that THQ have decided 'not to pursue' either Stuntman or Juiced.
THQ acquired both intellectual properties from Acclaim and Atari, but have canned them, along with some other titles as part of a $27 million hit that claims to be centered around 'quality initiatives'. The other titles that have been axed so far are - Frontlines: Fuel of War (PS3) and Destroy All Humans: Big Willy Unleashed (PS2). Even game studios aren't safe when it comes to THQ at the moment. They've also had to close their Concrete Games Studio, which was working on an unannounced title when the axe fell.
It seems that Stuntman: Ignition is to blame for the cancellation of the series by THQ. It was one of it's biggest sales disappointments last year alongside Conan and Ratatouille and let's face it, how many people really can say they loved Juiced so much they're gutted to hear it's gone?
