Wii Fit Hits 1 Million… Could Stand To Lose A Few
Nintendo sure does know how to market those non-games, don't they? Turns out Wii Fit is just another hit for the console everybody wants but nobody seems able to find, selling one million units in Japan in just over one month on sale.
So when do us out-of-shape Americans get to put our sweaty feet all over the pretty white balance board? The most realistic release date I've seen on the interwebs is May 20, which seems too far away for me. Still, I wonder if US consumers will be as interested in another quirky non-game as the Japanese. Then again, it does have Wii in the title, so it'll probably sell like gangbusters. People will probably buy it without realizing they need a console to play it on!

I'll more then likely get it. Actually looks pretty intresting. IMO anyways.
If it actually helps people become more fit, that's pretty cool. But if it's just a mini-game compilation or whatever, then I can't say I'm all that interested.
