World of Warcraft Runs Past 10 Million Mark
Yes, over ten million people have signed their souls over to Blizzard via World of Warcraft. Joystiq puts things into perspective by saying if all the WoW players were to be drafted, the resulting army would be larger than the world's ten largest armies combined. Impressive.
EvilAvatar is kind enough to break down WoW subscribers by region right here:
- Europe = 2,000,000
- North America = 2,500,000
- Asia = 5,500,000

NO....WoW is always fun to go and come back to...I swear...every new character I make is like starting a new game...and its beautiful too.
The game has brought me so much joy. I've recently taken a 2 month break but I can see myself going back to it in a few weeks while I wait for Brawl :)

I am meeting more and more WoW recoveries, people that force quit or are on extended break. I am new to WoW but already I know in my heart of hearts, WoW is a drug. But like all drugs it can be harnessed for good. I think...
Been playing WoW since launch and can't wait until Wrath of the Lich King. Sometimes I get bored and don't play it for a month or so, but I always come back.
Wonder how many are gold farmers?
