Canucks Get Cheaper 360s
Not only do our neighbors to the north have lower crime rates and universal health care, but now they're finally getting a price drop on all the Xbox 360 consoles. The standard Xbox 360, with the hard drive, wireless controllers and component cables, is going from $399 to $349. The sexy black Elite, with the 120GB hard drive and HDMI port is dropping from $499 to $449. The Arcade version, which includes a disc of Xbox LIVE Arcade games and a 256MB memory unit goes from $299 to just $279. Even the Halo 3 Special Edition console is dropping from $449 to $399.
Well, it's about time Microsoft gave Canada the same price breaks the US has been enjoying. It's only fair!
