E for All Returns, Enjoys Fall Timing
Game|Life is reporting that the powers that be at E for All have decided to schedule their event for October 3-5. This is a significant move since the show was originally planned to happen August 28-30 which would have put it in direct competition with PAX. Given the popularity of PAX this would have been a seriously bad move on E for All's part. In an email to Game|Life, IDG the company that produces E for All had this to say about the event's change of date.
We are very excited to be holding the event in October, a decision that reflects the great success of the last year's event -- also held in October -- as well as the positive feedback from exhibitors and attendees about the Fall timing.
That's quite a spin they've put on it there although not completely untrue. As pretty much anyone who was in attendance last year will tell you, the fall timing was the best thing about the show.
