Guinness World Records Wants You To Play Guitar Hero (In The UK)
As previously mentioned by the illustrious Fruit Brute, Guinness World Records has announced the launch of their new book: Guinness World Records Gamer Edition 2008. To help celebrate the launch of their new book, they have invited gamers in the UK to come to their release party and attempt to break some Guitar Hero III records.
This February 6th between 6 and 8pm in central London, players will be allowed to play one song before passing the ax on in an effort to break the records before the book launches (or a new edition comes out). For those interested, or just really into cos play, there will also be a costume contest featuring an "exclusive prize" for the winner. Sorry, nothing mentioned for anyone breaking a record except your name in a large book.
