Professor Layton Weekly Puzzle #2 Available Now
Layton-iacs, if you've been twiddling your thumbs waiting for the next downloadable puzzle to appear for Professor Layton and the Curious Village, twiddle no more! The second weekly puzzle, called Treasure Chests, is now up. The challenge tests your powers of observation and is, like, a jazillion times easier than the last weekly puzzle (which I'm still trying to muddle through, damn my over-thinking everything).
To download the weekly puzzles, go to the Bonuses menu at the title screen, then choose your saved game, tap on Weekly Puzzles, and finally Download Puzzles. If you haven't gotten the first puzzle yet, don't worry - it should come along with this second one. The first puzzle for the game was up two Sundays ago, so we'll have to see exactly what pattern these releases take. Since the game doesn't really have a ton of replayablility - I swear if I have to pour some liquid into three different jugs again I will hurt someone - these weekly puzzles are a great way to add some value to the game, as well as prevent people from trading the game back to GameStop.

I finished Professor Layton last night. It is definitely recommended to anyone who likes logic puzzles and brain teasers.
Ha, last weeks puzzle took me forever! And I don't even know why. Once you see the answer you'll just want to beat yourself in the face. I did. o.o
But anyway, good luck! I'm going to go download the new one now. Thanks for the update. =) I've been frantically switching between Layton and Apollo Justice. I just can't figure out which one I want to play more. ._.
