Wii Gets Its Own Rock Band

Wii!

A few days ago, some people spotted the word "Wii" on the Rock Band microphone's packaging. This lead many to believe, including myself, that the game would soon be coming to Nintendo's system. More recently, Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello was alleged to have mentioned its "coming launch" on a conference call. IGN went one step further in an attempt to confirm this. In doing so, Rock Band for the Wii was most certainly confirmed. Unfortunately, there was no additional information given concerning price, release date or anything else for that matter.

At least you now know it is coming. Are you going to buy it whenever it comes out?

I've done well so far at convincing myself "I am not an Achievement whore, I am not an Achievement whore..." that I might, since I only play on my friend's 360 while I own a Wii. But the possibility of downloaded songs is a concern... how will that work?

Well, dammit. Do I buy this for $50.00 (or whatever) and go through all the hassle of building up clone on my 360 rockers just to that I can finally duel Beximus, or do I spend 10 times that and Beximus a 360 Elite?

Decisions, decisions.

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
