Wal-Mart Wii Accessory Clearance Sale?
If this photo from GoNintendo is to be believed, at least one Wal-Mart somewhere is having a crazy clearance sale on wii accessories. We've got a few different items here for ten dollars a piece: Classic Controller with black silicone cover, Nunchuk with the same type of cover, a package of three Wii Remote covers and last but most importantly, the black silicone classic controller cover with 2000 Wii points. For a measly ten bucks that's Wii points at half price. Unfortunately, I am nowhere near a Wal-Mart but if anybody finds this sale at their local store and can confirm this, let us know in the comments!

I saw a similar set-up at my Wal-Mart, however there was no price to be found anywhere... I'll probably go check again later.
We went two days ago when we saw this online and there was nothing to be found. Tried another one with similar results last night. So I guess it's likely not in the Austin area and we don't have the time to check out every Wal-Mart in the metro-area.
Not in my part of the country either... I just returned from the Elmhurst, IL Wal-Mart. Excited at first because all the same items as the photo were together on an endcap, but without a price sign. I scanned the classic-cover with Wii points and was 24.88 :(
Unfortunately, Wal-Mart department managers are empowered with the ability to clearance/pride reduce items at will...and finding one sale like this is probably not going to be indicative of a nation wide clearance event.
My guess would be that this particular store had an excess of inventory and is trying to clear them out.
This looks exactly like my Wal-Mart...
I just checked ours on my lunch break. We have the same endcap setup minus the awesome pricing.

I saw them at the Walmart near where a friend of mine goes to college (it was in Lebanon, OR), but I didn't realise what a deal it was since I was really tired and not really paying attention. I'm going back this weekend since I left my iPod in her car when I left, and I'll probably end up picking up a couple of the point cards, and maybe a CC.
I saw the same thing... I'm out here in the long beach area of California... but, when I saw it... the clearance was for 13 dollars... and the sad thing about that is... when I got home with my Wii points and classic controller cover.... the Wii points card was already used and I wasn't allowed to return it cause they didn't believe me when I tried to tell them it wasn't me that opened it... so.... BE CAREFULL
