Video: Phil Harrison At Work With Atari
Earlier this week, Phil Harrison took his newly appointed position with Atari to help guide them and repurpose their brand for the current generation. Here we see Mr. Harrison addressing some folks as the president of Infogrames about his new role and Alone in the Dark. Atari was once the defining name of videogames. Nearly every home had an Atari console. Can Phil bring the company back, and make them a cutting edge brand once again? One can only hope.

Hmmm help guide them "Towards that network future" now I'm very worried for Atari considering the PSN has been the worst console network to date with the lowest level of ease-of-use over all.
I don't know what to make of this Spin-Doctor but I'm hoping for the best for Atari.
"Can Phil bring the company back?"
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say probably not. I wish Harrison well but it's going to take a LOT to turn Atari around. On the other hand, if anyone can do it, I think he could be the guy.
I hope he starts by scrapping the Alone in the Dark franchise, as it hasn't had any real positive association in the last decade.
