Video: The Bourne Conspiracy "Summer Trailer"
There have been three movies featuring the protagonist Jason Bourne, but so far no one's cashed in on a cheap and dirty videogame tie-in for any of them. Well, until now, that is, although my guess is Sierra wants everyone to think that Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Conspiracy is more than your typical licensed dreck.
First they prominently feature Robert Ludlum's name in the title of the game; he wrote the original novels that inspired the movies. Books require people to read, and reading is totally classy. If the game is based more on the books than the movies, that puts you only one step removed from reading something. Good job! Next, they put out a trailer that actually makes the game look pretty fun. I mean, both the gunplay and hand-to-hand combat seem like they completely bite off of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, but they could definitely do worse than stealing from one of my favorite games of this generation. Plus, Nathan Drake never beat anyone down with a book, which Jason Bourne apparently does in this game. Remember, books are classy.
As stated in the trailer, the game is due this summer for both the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Well now that dosn't look half bad, as long as it has nothing to do with that Matt Damon, I will be very happy with it by the looks.
It looks like Matt Damon will not be providing his likeness or voice to the project, so Damon-ophobes can feel perfectly at ease playing the game.
Yay ^_^
Does anyone else think it looks kind of.. Dull?
