Gay Metal: Rock Band Gets Judas Priest Album

Whoda thunk it? Rock Band's first whole downloadable album will be a metal classic featuring a gay frontman: Judas Priest's Screaming for Vengeance will be available for download on April 22 for the Xbox 360 and April 24 for PS3.
Expect to see individual songs sell for $2, or snatch up the whole thing for $15.
For the very young or the uninitiated, the voice of Judas Priest, Rob Halford, outed himself in an MTV interview ten years ago, and revealed that the band had known his sexual orientation all along.
Thus, Screaming for Vengeance can be considered, with a wink or a nudge, to be a slammin' good gay metal album. Halford himself touted the virtues of cross-pollination in 2001 interview with USA Today:
I think it's just great to acknowledge that there are many gay heavy metal fans in the world, and I'm proud to know that they support and love the music as much as my other fans do. It proves that we are everywhere.
Rock on. Two more albums will quickly follow this one: The Cars' eponymous debut and The Pixies' Doolittle, in May and June respectively.

*blink*
I had no idea.
I have to listen to Judas Priest now.
I love Judas Priest! Now I have a reason to get Rock Band! Robert Halford is a god!
I remember reading somewhere that Halford is also doing some voice acting for Tim Schafer's next project.
