Capcom Brings Us MotoGP

motogpgirl.jpg

Dudes! Capcom just announced that they've wrapped up exclusive worldwide rights to publish all the games and peripherals based on the world's premier motorcycle racing championship, MotoGP! And it's through 2012! The four-year license covers every console you can think of, from PS2 to PSP, Wii, 360 and PC.

"We are very excited to have signed this long term agreement with Dorna Sports, which for the first time grants one publisher worldwide multi-platform rights to the adrenaline fuelled world of MotoGP," said Mark Beaumont, executive vice president, officer and head of Capcom's consumer software publishing in the Americas and Europe. "We feel this move to a single publisher will greatly benefit our ability to develop titles that deliver more authenticity and excitement to the consumer."

Featuring bikes from Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Ducati, Kawaski and more, MotoGP also is home to championship riders like Casey Stoner, Nicky Hayden and Valentino Rossi. So rev up your engines, guys, and get ready to burn rubber! (Here's hoping they include a fine selection of those hot Paddock Girls!)
