National Geographic Brings Us Pandas: Panda-San Nikki To Get US Release

That's right, pandas. Panda-San Nikki (Panda Diary) is a Japanese pet simulation where you take care of large mammals that has been known to maul people. Okay, while you're not going to lose your denim jacket to the little critters, you will have to take care of and most likely apply synthetic affection for these deceptively cuddly creatures.
Originally a Japanese only release, National Geographic is providing their name for a US release. National Geographic Panda will feature the same panda love in the Japanese release, but will also provide a mound of factoids provided the the NG themselves. No word if those factoids will make it in the Japanese release.
Honestly though, having real animals is enough of a hassle for me... although these little buggers sure are adorable.

"where you take care of large mammals that has been known to maul people."
Funny... in my experience with bears I'm the usually one doing the mauling.
\bad joke
I think I know what Lazy Panda is gonna get... wonder what that silly panda is up to now.
It's times like these that I miss Lazy Panda....
