Okami Cover Art Botched: Part 2
Normally, I wouldn't even think this is a big deal. The cover art for video games is often used for game guides, especially BradyGames. Why reinvent the wheel right? As you might imagine, they fell victim to the IGN watermark that previously plagued the Wii release. But wait, the watermark moved! Hopefully they just received a different version of the same image from Capcom when they designed it. Could they be guilty of the same crime? Scandal!

From what I've read up on the scandal, the watermark comes from an IGN image used for the background of both the game cover and strategy guide.
So, Capcom took this image from IGN, made it blue, and put the logo, wolf, and other stuff on a layer above it. The locations of the other layers are slightly different, but the IGN logo is at the same place with respect to the background.
I'm going to assume that Capcom gave them this cover art.
