Roundup: Nintendo Media Summit

In addition to the Namco-Bandai Editor Day, last week saw the embargo lifted for goodies seen at the Nintendo Media Summit, which our darling editor Fruit Brute covered with great aplomb. Such great aplomb, in fact, that I can't bear the thought of anyone missing out on all the great coverage. So for the second time today, I present you Tiny's Patented Events-I-Missed Roundup:
What would a Nintendo day be without Square Enix? We've got new screens and details on Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life As A King, which is shaping up to be a quirky little thing.
Other WiiWare offerings included Pop, a balloon-popping casual title that Das Brute got his paws on and seemed to enjoy. Last but foremost in our thoughts was the WiiWare title World of Goo, which comes from cutie and occasional GayGamer reader Kyle Gabler and his work partner, Ron Carmel. Viva la Goo!
We got a glimpse into some big-boy Wii titles as well, including Dreamcast cult hit Samba De AmigoBoom Blox, Spielberg's game, which FB described as "reverse Jenga." Count me in. Mario Kart Wii rounded out the selection, and although I'm still dreading tiny courses with spare PvP options (they've never recaptured the N64 feel of expansive areas in which to lay devilish traps for your frienemies, in my opinion), it does seem as though the wheel will be a blast.
The DS got a little love, too, with Guitar Hero On Tour, and while we're dying to try it out ourselves, FB reports that it looks fun as frak. What won't they think of next?
