Video: New Project Origin Trailers Promote Continued Creepiness

F.E.A.R. scared the pants off of me, and at this rate, Project Origin is set to do the same. Featuring a festival of gore and paranormal activity, I may only be suited to watch someone else play through.

Make sure to check out the Project Origin "Hospital" trailer after the break!

It's funny - the killer bunnies were my *least favorite part* of the game. Ghosty-bunnies aren't really getting me any more excited than their more corporeal form did last time.

I just don't like bunnies, I guess. I think that makes me a bad person.

...wow, and trailer two brings up the other thing - overuse of the same set of assets. When I think of F.E.A.R., I think of office furniture, partitions, and the same assets used over and over. Strong game, strong gameplay, but what really tweaked was that it was a bit weak in the art department.

Now I'm sitting here, years later, wondering whether I was unusual for thinking of that as a flaw, because the second origin trailer looks *exactly* like a refresh of the first's design.

OK, so they added a library. We get a wider selection of office furniture. But I'm not really excited about playing Debbie Does Office Max again, and if that's what they want Origin to be, I'm out.

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
