Vintage Sega T-Shirts Make Me Sentimental

Image of Sonic the Hedgehog T-Shirt

For the uninitiated, Uniqlo is a japanese fashion retailer not so much different from the Gap. As a new addition to their ongoing UT Project (unique t-shirt project), Uniqlo teamed up with Sega to produce a limited line of tribute t's emblazoned with characters from Virtua Fighter, Sonic the Hedgehog and The House of the Dead.

After watching yesterday's video preview for Sonic Unleashed, seeing these stylish, simple celebrations of video game celebrities makes me both sentimental for the good 'ole days and wish that I lived in Manhattan (New York, not Kansas) so that I could visit the US Uniqlo store and buy up their entire stock.

As an added incentive, they're cheap at only 1500¥ (approximately $14.60) each.
