The Sweetest Swag: Secret Agent Clank Cufflinks
As I mentioned earlier, I attended a preview party for Secret Agent Clank Wednesday night and had a great time. The title looks great and the party had a sweet casino theme to go with the spy trappings of the new game. Between sips of excellent Maker's Mark Manhattans and drunken shouts of "Don't bore Nina," I was able to learn to play Black Jack and managed to win a few chips (all with play money of course).
At the end of the night, those with three with the most chips got a sweet swag bag with various things inside. I didn't win, but I happened to be standing next to Sam Bishop from TotalPlaystation.com who opened his bag to find a SWEET pair of Clank cufflinks. I must admit I swooned a bit, sending Sony PR Rep Brian Keltner running for the smelling salts. I woke up to find Mr. Bishop standing over me looking concerned. As I stood up with the help of the gallant Mr. Keltner, Mr Bishop graciously handed me the little black box containing the cufflinks. "Here, you'll obviously get more use out of these than me so you should have them." Such a gentleman! I must admit I was quite taken aback and fortunately there were still some smelling salts left. The first time I ever receive jewelery from a man in my life and he has to be straight. Ah well, at least I got the cufflinks!
