Video: Persona 4, And The Reminder That The Wait Has Only Just Started
Ah, what better way to start back into everyday life following an extended holiday weekend than with scrappy ragamuffins sparring with otherwise unseen evils. Every new video released for Persona 4 seems to afford an improved glimpse into the next chapter of the lauded franchise, but, unfortunately, each feed does little to satisfy the fact that it may be another six-to-nine months before US gamers will be popping the cellophane on the North American release.
I shudder to think how long until the European and Australian release finds its way to hungry hands.

One thing that definitely looks interesting about this title is that it appears you can physically help fallen members onto their feet and possibly slap them to break them out of "charm" or other status effects instead of having to cast specialized spells that had the same effect in previous games.
I'm excited about this, but I'm only 65 hours into PS3:FES as it is (just about to break into November!)...
Maybe it's just the music, too but the game seems to be a little goofier? It could be just me.
This game is a meganekko paradise
I love the Persona series (even if the one part I wanted to play most of all was never released in the west because of unadulterated homophobia and that an optional gay romance wasn't present in P3 when western game publishers could possibly be more open to it).
I'll also certainly get this installment.
Even so, from this trailer P4 looks like it's exactly the same as P3 with other characters in another setting.
