Xbox Delisted != Xbox Deleted
As some of you may remember (and I hope you do, it was only a few days ago) that Microsoft announced that some of their less actively purchased titles will be delisted from the Xbox Live Arcade. As a self-professed purveyor of crappy titles, I was more than a little concerned that my ancient copy of Smash TV might become a thing of the past. What happens if my machine RRoDs? What if I delete a title so I can make room for an Xbox Original title?
Thank you, Microsoft, for answering my question. Turns out that titles will simply be taken off the list, but not removed from Microsoft's download servers. That means your DRMtastic titles will still be accessible long after your Xbox has died. I've been burned on a couple of occasions by situations like this. Lets face it: content control and closed systems were not designed for the sake of their consumer.
P.S.: Smash TV is awesome, it just happens to be a title I don't think sold very well.

I remember playing Smash TV on the Snes and it was great. Is it not out on the VC yet? and what are the advantages of getting it on XBA instead of the VC?
The advantage is that the arcade version was way better than the (VC) SNES version, and the XBLA version uses both analog sticks for movement and shooting, which makes the game play better as well. There's basically no way in which it's not better than the SNES port.
So, are they going to tell us which games are being delisted? Because if there's anything I've been on the fence about buying on there I'll have to grab them soon I guess.
