Amazon's Gold Box Deals Today: Nintendo Games On The Cheap
Like many gamers, I spend more than my fair share of money on video games. Many of which I rarely play, but the money is lost regardless. That being said, I like to see games being sold for low low prices.
Today, Amazon.com is offering Nintendo games sold at a big discount. All day they are offering Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the obscene price of $25.99, almost half of what I paid for it. Additionally they are offering a new title every two hours in limited quantities. In a list I hijacked from NintendoWiiFanboy.com, they asserted several guesses as to what the to-be-discounted games will be:
- 12pm-2pm: "Run, jump, and stomp your way through unimaginable challenges." -- New Super Mario Bros. for Nintendo DS
- 2pm-4pm: "Race and battle your friends all over the world" -- (Our guess: Mario Kart DS)
- 4pm-6pm: "Awaken your hero and animal within." -- (Our guess: The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess)
- 6pm-8pm: "Beat Bowser in the race to the crystals." -- (Our guess: Mario Party DS)
- 8pm-10pm: "Travel to Sinnoh, complete your Pokédex, and become Champion." -- (Our guess: Pokémon Diamond/Pearl)
I'm inclined to believe this list as well. If any of these titles agree with you, I would recommend snagging them quickly as they are not offering the discount but for 2 hours, and even then in limited quantities.

Thanks for posting this. I saw the teasers all over the net before yesterday, but didn't pay any mind (No Wii). However, my friend had been carrying on like a wagnerian tart about finding Smash (We're in Germany with american consoles). I ordered it and he is seriously happy. Now if only another katamari would come out.
