Other stuff about you: I'm presently in my second year of pursuing my PhD in English Literature at the University of Chicago - i'm a modernist and a theorist by trade, and interested specifically in the employment of Christianity to express new forms of sexuality disapproved of at the time. I also do a lot of work with film (my DVD collection can be viewed at http://hadrianvii.dvdaf.com/owned) and television, and hope to be teaching a course soon on the mythos of the super hero. All that sounds pretty intense, and it is, but the thing I take most seriously in life is not letting my work life interfere with my fun life. I'm still the giant nerd I always was - I'm just a nerd who has his copy of Ulysses on the shelf next to his copy of Hellboy.
