all you have to do is choose 'download again' for all of your xbox 360 purchased content after swapping your hard drive onto a new 360 and it will set the drm to the new console so you don't have to be connected to live in the future when you play your arcade titles and whatnot.
so, when your boyfriend who has a non-live account on your box signs in he can play his damn bejeweled.
