Rock Band DLC - MTV2 Pack + Maximo Park
This week for Rock Band we get a select of 3 songs from MTV2 (also known as what MTV used to be, and certain to become what MTV is now) and a single track from Maximo Park. These are all lesser known bands (at least to me), but the tracks are value-priced this week. Here's the lineup

Maximo Park is great and well worth checking out. Oddly enough they have not one, not two, but SIX songs on the PS3 version of Singstar. Trust me, I bought 4 of them. Great for karaoke. Great for everything, really.
Maximo Park is "okay"... it is certainly better than most of the passable pop we've been getting for the past 2 years. This is Rockband though, and I am disappointed that none of these 4 really rocks.
Brit-Pop, Emo, Synth, and bleh. There are so many great songs missing from Rockband, but this feels like they're scrapping the proverbial barrel of Indy hipster shit.
I'd prefer it if they'd replace Maximo Park with U2, replace The Material with Pearl Jam, replace The Myriad with Tool/APC, and replace Them Terribles with Fear Factory.
