Video: Snake's Revenge On The LCD Screen
As our many GayGamer brothers and sisters head out to brave the warm, summer air in anticipation of the midnight launch of Metal Gear Solid 4, it is fun to think back to some of the poorer, albeit nostalgic, crap that we as gamers have invested in. Prior to the GameBoy behemoth feeding every cool kid sweet Tetris-ey jams (the soundtrack still slays), most of us were still dropping portions of paychecks and allowances on odd franchise manifestations re-branded in the name of Tiger Electronics. Snake's Revenge is easily the worst entry in the Metal Gear series, probably because it was Kojima-free in production, and the Tiger Electronics version one-up's the blah factor by churning out what appears to be an enhanced version of their Contra handheld spiced with a Speak & Spell.
My, how far we have come.

OMG! Not only did I have that game as a kid, but I played all the way through it! Thanks for bringing back memories. It makes me love my DS even more!
Oh god, I loved that old Tiger game. The voice was great. What a leap in technology the late 80s brought us!

I think that's actually a LOT better than many LCD games I've seen that are much newer. An insult to the brand, perhaps, but in it's own right that's cool to me, I've never seen an LCD with voices before, and my little brother has tons of terrible ones based on Zorro and other movies.
Hello, I have been looking for this game FOREVER! My mother beat it for me such a long time ago and I was wondering if you know a place I can get one? I was in a coma in 03 for 6 weeks ad since then I want a lot of stuff from my past. I remember ALOT of stuff from my past that I did and want so I can do it again. So if you know where I can get the snake eater game please let me know. Thanks.
