Beer Pong Watered Down

Well, as I mentioned a while back, JV Games' WiiWare game Beer Pong was coming under fire for essentially bringing a college drinking game to Nintendo's family friendly console. Unfortunately, instead of just rating the game M instead of T, JV Games has retooled the game and renamed it Pong Toss. And with an innocuous title like that, it's now rated E for everyone. Swell. Still don't want to play it.
Apparently, there was never any actual drinking in the game, so it seems like all the fuss was over the word "Beer" in the title. So now it's just tossing ping pong balls into cups. With a Wiimote. I still don't understand why anyone thought people would pay $9 to download this game. Oh, and since this is supposed to be the first in JV Games' Frat Party Games series, I can't imagine what's coming next. Don't they all pretty much revolve around beer?

Will we be using the wiimote as a paddle to do a little hazing in the near future?
This totally reminds me of the entire Tapper/Root Beer Tapper issue ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tapper ). A game still has the same point. If you take blood in a game and turn it green and call it ooze but it still flies out of the "cyborgs" that just happen to look like humans in a first person shooter, it's still blood!
