Luminous Arc 2: Official US Release Announced
I'm not sure if anyone had any doubts about this, but hey, good news is good news right? Atlus just announced that Luminous Arc 2 will officially be receiving a US localization and is scheduled for release this fall.
As a player of the previous title, I can tell you that the we are likely due for superb voice acting, a solid tactical RPG, and fantastic art work. On top of being a direct sequel to what looks to be a the start of a great series, the game will also feature online battles against friends.
The game will retail for $39.99, putting it at par with the most expensive DS titles available in stores. This is not for nothing, however! The game will feature an over-sized case, with a soundtrack stuffed inside! Whether or not that makes it worth the extra $10 is entirely up to you, but it's not like you really have many options if you want to play!

I pray that this time they include a "Japanese voice" option...I enjoyed the first game but the first thing I had to do was turn those godawful dub voices off.
I loved the first game, and while yeah, the voices were annoying, at least it had voice acting. But, is the inclusion of a soundtrack the only upgrade? I mean, the first game had online battles…
i really hope they don't use that font in the final. i've seen it in a few too many DS and GBA games, the lowercase M just looks horrible
