While I'm sure that the various actors seen in this video are intended to reflect notable pop culture celebrities within Japanese society, from the outside, it just looks like Nintendo having a fit of fabulousness for the sake of Rhythm Tengoku Gold on the Nintendo DS.
With this in mind, one can only scheme a disco drag queen rave up featuring coordinated tapping on color matching Nintendo DS Lites while launching glitterbombs at strobe-washed television screens pulsing to the beat of Rhythm Heaven. Ah, brilliant.
