Break Out Of Prison With Wentworth Miller!
According to an ad included in the third-season box set DVD of the television series Prison Break, a game based on the FOX series is due out in February of 2009 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. I'm surprised it took this long for the license to get snatched up, since the premise seems like a natural for a game, easily lending itself to stealth, puzzle solving and combat. Heck, once you're out of the prison, you could even include some driving sequences!
Unfortunately, the developer is Brash Entertainment, whose previous works include Jumper, Alvin and the Chipmunks and Space Chimps. So maybe not the strongest track record there. Still, there's always the chance that it could turn out good. I'm just not sure it'll be on my radar since it's probably going to be a stealth game and I kind of suck at those. And besides, I can't really wrap my brain around escaping from prison with Wentworth Miller — I'd much rather stay inside with him!
