Partial Gears Of War 2 Achievement List Hits The Web
Marcus Fenix and friends won't be slicing through the Locust horde until November but today saw a partial list of Gears of War 2 achievements finding their way into the hands of eager fans. Microsoft has confirmed that the list is not complete and contains only 60% of the actual achievements in the game. It looks as if the "I Can't Quit You, Dom" achievement is back. So are Brokeback jokes funny again? I think I missed the memo. Lame achievement names aside, I'm getting hyped for this game. The original Gears of War was what finally convinced me to pick up a 360, and I'm not even a huge fan of shooters. IGN promises to have the complete list tomorrow, but until then I'll happily post the partial list after the jump.

Can Do It All (30) - Win a match of every multiplayer game type
Around The World (30) - Win one match on each of the 12 MP maps
Survived To Five (20) - Entire team must survive the first five waves of Horde (any difficulty)
Survived To Ten (30) - Entire team must survive the first ten waves of Horde (any difficulty)
