Video: Nerdcore Rising PAX Screening
Nerdcore Rising, a documentary about "a new wave of hip-hop called Nerdcore," will have its west coast premiere this Saturday at PAX. In addition to the nerd love in the video above, Nerdcore's celebrity appearance list is more or less a who's-who of "who?" - the documentary features such pop culture figures as Wierd Al Yankovic, Prince Paul of De La Soul, comedian and occasional-pretend-homosexual Brian Posehn, and of course Gabe & Tycho.
The film is apparently very funny and, I mean, nerds doing hip-hop. I might not give "nerds doing hip-hop" a recommendation during ordinary business hours, but at PAX? C'mon, that's gotta be funny.
PAX attendees: Nerdcore Rising, Saturday August 30, 4pm - Main Hall. Bring your best human beat box.
