Home Beta Scam: Do Not Want

homeinjectorbloglg.jpg

While it is tempting to try to sneak your way into a beta through less than honest means, those methods often turn out to be massive wastes of time, or worse, a massive scam. A site called "Playstation Home Beta Injector Blog" is offering a service that supposedly allows you to insert yourself into the Playstation Home limited beta.

That right, it's one big nasty scam. The whole process basically requires you to give them your PSN login and password, which is a huge red flag. What they plan on doing with this, I do not know. My guess would be to buy a lot of software on your dime, sell it, or steal your trophies (joke).

If you have mistakenly fallen for this scam, be sure to contact Sony's Playstation Support as soon as possible. And remember kids, don't share your passwords with anyone unless it is a trusted login prompt.
