WipEout HD: Stats, Out In A Few Weeks, My Pants Tighten.
WipEout HD has been delayed too long, and frankly, we are all getting a little impatient. Thankfully (much to my jealous dismay), our correspondents got a full hands on preview of this delicious bit of texely goodness.
Quick run down of the specs:
- 60fps at 1080p (Seriously!)
- 8 Tracks: 6 from Pure, 2 from Pulse
- Track variations such as zone and reverse modes
- 38 Trophies in all
The biggest news? The game is set to come out "in a few weeks". Guhwha? I know that's not a definite number by any stretch of the imagination, but much better than the "in 2008" we have been hearing. Less than a month perhaps?
