Burt Reynolds Wants To Put You In The Movies
Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Burt Reynolds was a huge star in the '70s, but his star dimmed some in the '80s and didn't sparkle again until his big "comeback" in Boogie Nights. Guess he didn't come back as far as he'd probably wanted, because he's now the spokesperson for the unfortunately titled new Xbox 360 game You're In The Movies. He'll be shilling in TV commercials and magazine ads for the interactive title that uses the Xbox LIVE Vision camera to record players' actions and put them directly into short films.
"It's great to be able to share some of my experience with everyone about what it takes to be a movie star," Reynolds said. "You're in the Movies" on Xbox 360 allows everyone to have a piece of the action and have a fun time with their friends and family, starring in their own features, from the comfort of their own homes."
Wow. I doubt those words ever left Reynolds' mouth. What a total press release quote! Then again, the game sounds like cheese-tastic fun, so maybe he's the perfect spokesmodel. Anyway, the commercials will begin airing November 17 around the globe and You're In The Movies will be out in time for the holiday season in a $69.99 bundle that includes the camera.

I have a weird thing for Burt Reynolds, I mean i even like the picture you have posted!!! i just got him as the voice on my GPS too. I got it from www.navtones.com who do celebrity voices for GPS. I love it! I also got Mr. T and Kim Cattrall but for some reason I keep going back to Burt!
