Gallery: Resident Evil 5
Capcom just released another 22 screenshots for Resident Evil 5, and they look gorgeous. (I was already underwhelmed by the graphics in Silent Hill: Homecoming, but now I'm even more disappointed!) There are a ton of shots of Chris fighting alongside his partner, Sheva Alomar. While in single player, you can swap between characters (shades of Resident Evil Zero), but there is also a co-op online mode where you and your friend can team up to take out the zombies, which is new, and totally awesome. Feast your eyes upon the beauty that is RE5 and then just try to wait for the March 13, 2009 release date! (That's a Friday the 13th, by the way!)
Is it wrong of me to say that I'm hypnotized by the mere shininess of their skin? It's like they're made out of plastic!
Is it wrong that I find Chris Redfield Super attractive? haha Please make a PC version Capcom! (With the low sales of DMC4 I doubt it!)
This game looks completely awesome I must say! And glad to see a new change in pace with a Black Female lead to be added in the ranks of Resident Evil's colorful cast of characters!
No clarkspecial, I do to, I still find the live action FMV Chris from the PS original hot! Anyone know who the actor is btw?
As for 5, I'm looking forward to it more & more. I just wish they'd clear up some loose ends before they start making more.
While I am a little sad they moved away from the traditional, clunky, survival horror controls and all but turned RE into an FPS, I've got to say it looks pretty sweet.
That being said, I didn't like having to dick with two characters at once in RE0 and I still don't want to. Though 2 player RE would be pretty cool...
Chris's face is semi-attractive, but biceps and triceps are ridiculously oversized.
Also, I agree with Akio's sentiment; I am disappointed that RE is becoming less "survival horror" and more "horror-themed FPS". I'm glad that I waited until RE4 dropped to $14.99 before picking it up, and I can guarantee that I won't be picking up RE5 until it's ~$20 (or less). If that means I'll never play it - oh well.
We need some real survival horror games. Someone should re-make Project: Firestart for the PS3/PSN. :(
If they come out with a way to get Chris shirtless, I'll buy!
