GTA San Andreas Coming Downloadable As Xbox Original
In just four short days, on October 20, Microsoft and Rockstar will be releasing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas as an Xbox Original, making the game available for download over XBL. The price? 1200 Microsoft Points, US marketplace only.
Originally a PS2 game released in 2004 - and then released again in 2005 on the 360 and PC, San Andreas has sold over 21.5 million copies worldwide and will be the 22nd game to be made an Xbox Original.
I've yet to try out an Xbox Original, but it might be fun to have GTA sitting permanently on my 360's hard drive. Then again... I'm not sure I need any more encouragement toward a criminal lifestyle - those Lego Batman villain levels have corrupted me enough. Meow.
