New Releases For The Week Of 10/27/08
Do you know I spent a good portion of this past Sunday searching for an early copy of Little Big Planet? At one point I was in a Wal-Mart in the Chicago suburbs and saw the game in the display case. I eagerly got the sales guy and when he went to ring it up the register wouldn't let him. Apparently they couldn't sell it to me until Tuesday. Whether this was true or not I ended up empty handed with an empty gas tank in my car. Guess I'll have to pick it up Tuesday at the Best Buy I preordered it from. I'll be picking up Fallout 3 this week as well, another game to add to my embarrassingly large pile of half finished games this fall season. Guitar Hero World Tour is in stores now, the perfect companion to last week's Rockband 2 release. PC gamers will get a little strategy fix with Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 which stars Jenny McCarthy whom I've had the pleasure of meeting in the past; nice girl. We've got one more huge week of games coming up so save room on your credit cards, aww heck just try to get a new one specifically for games.
