Video: Animal Crossing: City Folk Outfits

You may be asking yourself, what is the best addition to the Animal Crossing in the latest revision, City Folk. Is it the community? Is it the Multiplayer? Is it the ability to talk to other players remotely? It is none of these things. It is, of course, the fashions.

I've personally been a little disappointed with the ability to cloth my avatar in these games. Sure, you can slap on a new designer print on your hat, shirt, or dress, but there was never a wide variety of silhouettes. Thankfully, this has been remedied. Good bye Ico horns, hello buzz-cut and an eye-patch!

While I certainly see more styles than normal in this video, you could do all of those things in Wild World for the DS. I have tons of outfits including a king shirt with beard and crown, a mario face hat and shirt, a space outfit, a bunny costume, and a deep sea diver (big daddy?). Certainly I'm excited by this to see it's (again) being expanded upon, I just wish you could finally change pants.

Side note: it's very sad that I thought that was a Wild World video that was mislabled as City Folk until I saw the new items. Lackluster graphics are lackluster.

And girls who like girls who like rumble packs!
