Celebrate Four Years Of WoW With A Baby Blizzard Bear
![]()
Players who log into World of Warcraft today, Nov. 23, will get a special gift: a little polar bear cub called a baby blizzard bear to follow you around and be adorable. It's part of WoW's fourth anniversary, a way of thanking the 11 million players who happen to be around and subscribed now.
Along with the bear, logging in this weekend also nabs you a feat of strength achievement celebrating the anniversary. With the recent release of Wrath of the Lich King, it probably doesn't take a ton of encouragement to get a lot of players online, but in case you were planning on going without this weekend, you may want to take a look at what you'd be missing.

Meh, they stole that idea from Oprah (you get a car! Everyone gets a free car!). But i forgive them, cause the baby bear is SO CUTE!
I mean look! he hides under the belly of my Kodo when it's raining! Awwww...
he's goddamn ADORABLE, that's what he is. all my other pets are going to feel neglected. and when he sits?? i just melt.
If you're an alliance player on Skullcrusher, I just started a new casual LGBT friendly guild called Kings and Queens. Seek out Burliss if you are interested.
Eh, I'm not a fan of vanity pets, so this isn't going to make me renew my subscription early. Congrats to those who did get it though. :)
