Cry Farther With Far Cry DLC
Bored with the various ways to create mayhem in Far Cry 2? Well, Ubisoft's got you covered with the imminent release of the Fortune's Pack DLC which will offer new vehicles and weapons for use in both single- and multi-player. The pack will be available for download from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the PlayStation Network, although Ubisoft's press release only said it would be out "before the end of November." Which it almost is already, so I'm not sure why they didn't include a specific release date. Whatever. The Fortune's Pack includes:
Single-Player Mode
Three brand-new weapons: The silenced shotgun, sawed-off shotgun and crossbow.
Two new vehicles: The Unimog and the Quad.
Multiplayer Mode
Four new maps: Cheap Labor, Last Resort, Lake Smear and Fort Fury.
In addition, the weapons and vehicles are available for use in multiplayer. Because otherwise that would be no fun at all!
