Video: Epic Homemade Guitar Hero Drum Kit Plays Guitar
Color me astounded, impressed, and slightly scared by this video. It seems that someone made their own custom drum kit for the Guitar Hero III game. That's right you read that correctly, not for Guitar Hero: World Tour, for number III, the one without drums. So, yeah, as you may have guessed that means that the drum kit actually plays a guitar's part, and it even has extra pads so that he can still hit the triple-note chords with only two sticks. Of course to showcase the magical drum kit the creator decides to play a song with an insanely difficult guitar track, Through Fire and Flames by Dragonforce. While in the end he only manages to hit 90% of the notes in the song, I'm just impressed that he can drum as fast as some badasses can strum those plastic guitars. Just goes to show you that no matter how good or clever you think you are, there's always someone out there 1-up'ing ya. Now just sit back and let's watch as this kid rocks out with his geek out.

Wow, that is pretty amazing. I'm really impressed by the accuracy on those double strokes. I would be even more impressed if he did some sweeps on that thing.
