What Are You Playing This Weekend?
We're in the thick of the holiday games season, so I hope none of the weekday guys mind if I borrow this question. So are you neck deep in any of the big new titles, or are you still plugging away at some old favorites?
As for me, I'll probably pop in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, which just showed up yesterday. I was a pretty big fan of the Nintendo 64 games, and although I'm still wary about the vehicle mechanic, the budget price and promise of a free copy of the first game on XBLA won my cash this time. I also need to really devote some time to Fallout 3, as I've only scratched its surface. If I manage to get some friends together, I'd love to try out Horde mode in Gears of War 2 or a few levels in LittleBigPlanet, not to mention the Left 4 Dead demo.
In the meantime, I'm completely ignoring my dwindling checking account balance. Who needs groceries?

I'm writing papers since Thursday, and will be all weekend. I remember a mentor of mine in high school told me I should think of paper-writing as a video game. She was obviously missing the point...
hopefully I will get the chance for some quality time with Dead Space, Disgaea 3, and Ratchet & Clank for the PS3. it's demanding a lot of my attention.
I will be playing The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning, and Persona 3: FES. And hopefully, soon i will be getting a PS3 (weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee), and with that i'll be getting MGS 4, Tomb Raider Underworld, Assassin's Creed and Folklore!!!!!!!
trying to finish up banjo juts n bolts. rented Baja for the 360. Have mega man x8 started as well and finished panzer dragoon saga in the wee hours of the morning
why is bango cheaper in the us when here in the uk where it was made is £40($80) with no free download of the 1st game ?????.and one more thing can't get a wii fit board here for love nor money
Wii Fit is intentionally held back in the UK market, about 10 days before christmas the shops are flooded with them, and everyone thinks "Oh, what luck" and they sell about 40% more than they would have.
So far I've played Mass Effect, PAIN, Shadowrun, and Little Big Planet. More Mass Effect later
Gears 2 and Rock Band 2 both on the easy setting, damn I can't play games in normal mode anymore lol.
Just got through playing mirror's edge. Definitely beautiful but at times you want to rip the disk out and break it in half. I think on the new Banjo game when you hit penguins they sometimes call you a Fag. Now I'm not sure but if anyone can prove it I'd love that, thought I saw it in the demo.
LittleBigPlanet, because making Dicksylvania is just too tempting and awesome
