Bob's Game Developer Bob 100 Day Protest

So, homebrew is a huge hobby of mine. I think it's great to sit back and crank out some code and watch it do stuff. I like most hobbiest programmers don't actually ever finish anything though. I don't think I've ever met a hobbiest programmer than actually pulled more than one or two projects to completion, let alone a complete, full featured game. This is precisely what make's Bob's Game so special.
Not only is it a completely independent game, developed for a proprietary platform, it has been in development for nearly five years by a single person. That is an act of dedication that few people can match, certainly not myself. Well, not Bob wants to his game to actually go commercial, get it's feet wet and actually jump into the world of actual publication.
The hang up? Nintendo seems to be taking their time granting his application. No big shocker, they're busy people and he's a small fish. Sad but true. After jumping through numerous hoops and general bureaucracy, Bob has decided a different approach. Bob is going on a 100 day protest:
This is my 100 day protest to Nintendo! All I need is for them to allow me to purchase a DVD with the software I need to finish!
I met with Nintendo in February- almost a YEAR ago- to ask for the SDK.
I did teleconferencing. I flew to GDC and had a face-to-face meeting.
I asked the WarioWorld division, and they sent me to marketing.
I talked to marketing, and they said apply with WarioWorld division!
The agreement on the application states I will receive a decision in 6-8 weeks. It has been 17 weeks!
I fulfill all the requirements- I'm a financially stable registered company with a FEIN working from a commercial address.
When Nintendo decides to approve my developer license application I will end my protest.I worked on this project for five years because I wanted to make a "Nintendo game."
I'm not about to give up just because some stubborn intern or mid-level marketing exec at NOA is deleting my emails!
I want an answer, and I want to hear it from the top.
Will the men of talent at Nintendo- those with passion and ideas of their own- dismiss mine?I REALLY WANT TO FINISH THIS GAME!
Bob wishes to assure us that he does have hygienic amenities, weekly food deliveries, and sleeps off camera. He's not simply going to be a stinky, unkempt insomniac that is going to rampage the streets once his 100 days are up. He does, however want all you out there to send a friendly email to Nintendo, a friendly nudge to help him on his way.

I feel for the guy, but I'm not sure if he's ever going to get the straight answer he's seeking from Nintendo.
Perhaps he should shop around, and see if he can get his game published for the XBox Marketplace or Playstation Network.
This guy scares me...perhaps the reason Nintendo isn't returning his calls is because of his crazy, unintelligent rants and spastic attitude? Remember, this is NINTENDO he's dealing with, and not just some rinky-dink publisher.
Even looking at his game, its just not up to par with big-name releases on retail shelves. Its perhaps the most derivative, self-indulgent work he could have chosen, and while that may not make it a 'bad' game, its not going to be published on a Nintendo platform...
Especially not with these types of unstable theatrics. Dude, learn to take rejection respectively and stop having a tantrum. Grow up.
As I said in the thread on this matter, it's just typical Nintendo, they treat all other developers like shit, and wonder why they all cynically release sub par carnival games on their consoles, make their money and sod off to the better companies machines.
You get what your attitude allows, and Nintendo go out their way to make no friends in the business world.
