China Getting Dungeon Keeper MMO

Peter Molyneux's Dungeon Keeper series were some of my all-time favorite strategy games: delicious production values, deliciously evil goals, and deliciously funny voiceover by the talented Richard Ridings.
So WTF? Chinese developer NetDragon Websoft has been tapped by EA to license the Dungeon Keeper IP to make an MMORPG for the Greater China region - which includes Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Dungeon Keeper 3, you see, went down the same vaporware drain as the original Fallout 3, after developer Bullfrog Studios pulled the plug on the game and the series. And now, almost a decade later, the brand is revived... for China. Which is doubly painful, because even if I moved to China, chances are thin that I'd ever enjoy a farmed-out IP that quite specifically isn't designed for the western market. Sad tiny.

Sometimes, there just aren't words - but the bile demons have certain gestures and the dark mistresses have their torture chamber and I may need to gratuitously use both.
Maybe this is what's related to the big Molyneux announcement hype - maybe he's going to announce that their next project is Dungeon Keeper 3 on XBLA.
@Gregory
The announcement was DLC for Fable II, though I admire your efforts to heal Tiny's shattered hopes.
